1. Campaign Period

The Team Pick Giveaway runs from June 10, 2026 to July 19, 2026 (the “Campaign Period”), and consists of three stages:

Stage I: June 10–21, 2026

Stage II: June 22– July 12, 2026

Stage III: July 13 – 19, 2026

All entries must be submitted during the Campaign Period to be considered valid.

2. Eligibility

The Team Pick Giveaway is open only to individuals with a valid shipping address in France. Participants without a valid shipping address in Poland, Romania are not eligible to participate, and their entries will not be considered valid.Participants must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their place of residence.Participants must provide a valid email address and shipping address and agree to the applicable Navimow Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and service providers of Navimow and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Team Pick Giveaway.

3. How to Participate

No purchase or payment is required to participate in the Team Pick Giveaway.During the Campaign Period, participants may enter by selecting at least one team and submitting a valid email address on the Campaign page. Unless otherwise stated, each participant may enter once per stage, up to three times in total.Incomplete, invalid, automated, fraudulent, or technically abnormal entries, as well as entries exceeding the permitted entry limit, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organizer.

4. Prizes

Prizes vary across Stages I–III.

The prizes for Stage II will be announced by June 15, 2026.

Stage I: June 10–21, 2026

Prize 1: Navimow Coupon Package — Includes at least three coupons, each valued between €100 and €400,
, valid for purchases of Navimow robotic mowers. Applicable usage rules and validity periods will be specified in the email notification.

Prize 2: Navimow €50 Coupon — Valid for purchases of Navimow robotic mowers with a minimum order value of €1200.

Prize 3: Navimow €20 Coupon — Valid for purchases of Navimow robotic mowers and accessories.

Prize 4: Free Shipping Coupon — Valid for orders below €99.

Prize 5: Surprise Rewards — As your selected team progresses through the tournament stages, including qualifying for the knockout stage, Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, and Final, or becomes the Champion, surprise rewards such as coupons may be randomly released during the Campaign Period.

5. 30-Day Price Guarantee

Eligible Navimow robotic mower purchases made during the Campaign Period are covered by our 30-Day Price Guarantee.If the price of the same product model drops within 30 days of your purchase on the Navimow France online store, simply contact Navimow Customer Service to request a refund of the price difference.

6. Prize Allocation and Winner Selection

Prize allocation may be determined through random selection, predefined probability settings, or other methods specified on the Campaign page.The Team Pick Giveaway runs from June 8, 2026 to July 19, 2026. During the Campaign period, the value of Giveaway coupons may be adjusted in accordance with promotional pricing.

7. Winner Notification and Prize

RedemptionCoupons will be sent to the email address provided at the time of participation. The applicable usage rules and validity period shall be subject to the information provided on the Campaign page and in the email notification.Coupons may be distributed via the Campaign page, email, or the participant’s Navimow account.All coupons must be used within the validity period stated on the Campaign page or in the relevant coupon terms. Expired coupons will automatically become invalid.

8. Coupon Terms of Use

Coupons are valid only for designated Navimow products and may only be redeemed on https://es.navimow.com/.Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold. Unless expressly permitted, coupons may not be combined with other promotions and may not be applied retroactively to previous orders.Coupon usage may be subject to product availability, regional availability, and other applicable purchasing conditions.

9. No Cash Alternative

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeeemed for cash or credit, unless required by applicable law.

10. Returns and Warranty

Coupons are promotional benefits and are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

11. Personal Data

By participating in the Campaign, participants agree that Navimow may collect and process their personal data for the purpose of Campaign administration, prize notification, prize fulfillment, customer communication, and marketing communications where consent has been provided.Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR, Navimow's Privacy Policy and other applicable laws.

12. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Campaign, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including in the event of fraud, technical failures, system errors, force majeure, or any other circumstances that affect the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Campaign.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Campaign or the acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.

14. Taxes and Other Costs

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or other costs associated with accepting, receiving, or using a prize, unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor or required by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that participants may have under the laws of their country of residence.
